| This is the rain jacket I ordered today! It will be nice to have something that doesn't feel like a trash bag and isn't the exact color of fog.

| ok, so thats not a picture of our actual bathroom, but it pretty much the exact bath/shower we do have. P.S. my housemate owns the house. Indeed, props to her for renting to me. much appreciated. | | |
| I'm totally digging the only timey bath tub here.

| I have one of the worst sunburns of my life. Yesterday my arms looked like a strawberry with little blond hairs rather than seeds. Some times the worst part of a sunburn is how funny it looks. I was wearing a tank top w/ an elbow length cardigan, so my forearms, chest and forehead got scorched. My face and arms have had enough sun that today I’m just a pinkish-tan. My chest on the other hand is more of just a pink shade. Luckily that bit is all covered by a t-shirt. I got this burn acting out every little boy’s dream. That’s right, driving a John Deere tractor. My next temp job is working at the John Deere national convention. I get to drive a tractor around inside the convention center – wait for it - - - wait for it – choreographed to music. Too bad you guys aren’t in town. Families are invited to the dress rehearsal. My FE review book came in two days ago. Just in time really. The exam is on October 25th, and if I want to go through the book and take weekends off the latest date I can start is this Friday. I’m a little overwhelmed. I was kindly reminded how to eat an elephant….one bite at a time. I’ll take that to heart. Thanks. | | |
| It's the perfect time of year Somewhere far away from here I feel fine enough, I guess Considering everything's a mess. There's a restaurant down the street Where hungry people like to eat I could walk, but I'll just drive It's colder than it looks outside.
It's like a dream - you try to remember but it's gone, then ya Try to scream but it only comes out as a yawn, when ya Try to see the world beyond your front door. Take your time cos the way I rhyme's gonna make you smile, when ya Realise that a guy my size might take a while, just to Try to figure out what all this is for.
It's the perfect time of day To throw all your cares away Put the sprinkler on the lawn And run through with my gym shorts on. Take a drink right from the hose And change into some drier clothes Climb the stairs up to my room Sleep away the afternoon.
Pinch Me Pinch Me Cos I'm still asleep. Please God Tell Me That I'm still asleep
On an evening such as this It's hard to tell if I exist If I Packed the car and leave this town Who will notice that I'm not around? I could hide out under there I just made you say 'underwear' I could leave but I'll just stay All my stuff's here anyway.
